OTSEGO COUNTY — On Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, at approximately 4:38 p.m. a trooper from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post responded to a call of a domestic disturbance that took place at a residence on Brentwood Drive in Bagley Township. The trooper arrived and spoke with the persons involved and a witness. No arrests were made during the initial investigation; however, the trooper did seize a small bag containing methamphetamine from 62-year-old David Allen Eaton. A report was submitted to the Otsego County Prosecutor’s Office and an arrest warrant was issued this month.
Eaton was arraigned this week in the 87-A District Court in Otsego County on one count Possession Methamphetamine. He was given a $1,000 PR bond. His next scheduled court appearance is on Feb. 6, 2025.
