The Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement (SANE) team is announcing the arrest of 26-year-old Garret Max Key from Afton, for delivery of methamphetamine and manufacture less than 50 grams.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, SANE arrested Key during a traffic stop in Otsego County. Key was in possession of 113 grams of methamphetamine and 10 suspected fentanyl pills. Key was lodged in the Otsego County Jail.
Key was arraigned in the 87-A District Court in Otsego County for one count delivery of methamphetamine and one count delivery/manufacture less than 50 grams.
He was given a $5,000 cash surety bond. His next scheduled court appearance is on Aug. 21, 2024.
SANE was assisted by the Gaylord Police Department.
