Michigan State Police say a missing 36-year-old woman has been found and is safe.

ORIGINAL REPORT

The Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post is requesting help in locating a missing 36-year-old woman, Jillian Renee Itow, from Cheboygan.

She was last seen at her residence on March 21 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Itow left her residence in Mullett Township to walk her dogs and never returned. Itow left her phone and vehicle behind.

A witness observed a female matching her description near East Mullett Lake and Red Pine Point, and she appeared to be in distress.

A blue truck with a red topper was also observed in the area, it is unknown if she was picked up by the vehicle.

Itow is five-feet, 105 lbs, with shoulder length black hair.

She was last seen wearing a white thermal shirt, light blue jeans, and brown shoes.
