Bruce Neil Campbell, age 73, of Kingsford, Michigan, formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, at his home surrounded by family. He was born January 4, 1952, in Sault Ste. Marie to the late Neil and Marguerite “Peggy” (Eagle) Campbell.
Bruce graduated from Sault High School in 1970 and studied at Lake Superior State College, now University. Bruce married Barbara Perkins on June 28, 1986, at the Central United Methodist Church in Sault Ste. Marie.
Bruce was a member of the Elks Lodge #552 of Sault Ste. Marie. Bruce’s favorite activities were spending time with his family, winning money at the casino, and going to the YMCA to work out.
Bruce is survived by his fiancé, Cindy Roush; stepdaughter, Kathy (Darrin) Hart; grandchildren, Chelsea, Serena (Austyn), and Dylan Hart; and brother, Steven Campbell.
Bruce was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Perkins) Campbell; parents, Neil and Marguerite; and brother, Michael Campbell.
A public graveside service will take place at Oaklawn Chapel Gardens, 15264 M-129, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783, at a later date.
