A manhunt is underway as the Sault Ste. Marie Police Department (SSMPD) searches for a subject in the Shallows and Lakeshore subdivision area.
The person in question is described as:
• male
• Black
• wearing gray sweatpants and a hoodie
The SSMPD stated in a notice posted to social media that the subject should not be approached. If spotted, please contact Central Dispatch at 906-495-3312.
