The 7th annual Movie in a Hangar event takes place at Sanderson Field Airport in Sault Ste. Marie.
The movie, The Super Mario Brothers Movie, starts at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29. But before that, you can check out local first responders' vehicles and displays along with some of the airplanes on the tarmac.
Airport Manager Tom Brown says it's a unique way for a family to watch a movie.
"It allows adults and children to get close up to real aircraft and ask questions about airports and how they operate and then watch a wonderful movie inside a hangar. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Some concessions will be available," Brown said.
There is a $5 admission fee.
