With the 54th running International-500 Snowmobile Race less than 27 weeks away, Sault Area Chamber of Commerce has asked that surveys be submitted no later than 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 27.
The short questionnaire gives I-500 volunteers, racers, and spectators a chance to voice their opinions.
“The idea is to see what people like and what people don’t like,” said I-500 Announcer Matt Prieur. “From the early surveys that have come back, not many people want changes.”
Prieur said he has seen a lack of response from people living in Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac counties. Completed surveys are encouraged.
