The Chippewa Luce Mackinac Community Action Agency (CLMCAA) is inviting local contractors to a Weatherization Assistance Program Open House on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Avery Center in Sault Ste. Marie. The event will provide contractors with valuable information on how to participate in the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)— a federally funded initiative aimed at improving home energy efficiency while providing steady work opportunities for skilled professionals.

The open house begins at 10 a.m., with coffee and refreshments provided. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with CLMCAA representatives, learn about contracting opportunities, and discover how they can expand their business while making a positive impact in the community.
