Two men arrested after Michigan police seize drugs, cash, vehicle

Both men were arrested for delivery of methamphetamine within a school zone, while one was apparently maintaining a drug vehicle

On Thursday, detectives with Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement (SANE) and Huron Undercover Narcotics Team (HUNT) along with officers from the Gaylord City Police Department and troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Gaylord Post executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Gaylord.

A 35-year-old man on parole from Grayling and a 35-year-old man on parole from Gaylord were subsequently arrested. The Gaylord man was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine three times within a school zone and delivery of a schedule four narcotic in a school zone. The Grayling man was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine in a school zone and maintaining a drug vehicle. Detectives seized drugs, $1000 in cash, and a vehicle.

Both subjects were lodged in the Otsego County Jail awaiting arraignment.
