The Michigan State Police (MSP) Traverse City Post is announcing the arrest of 52-year-old Keith Jung Minn of Traverse City, for several counts first degree criminal sexual conduct.
The investigation began last month when a victim came forward claiming they had been sexually assaulted by Minn since 2021. The victim was interviewed at the Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center.
A report submitted to the Grand Traverse County Prosecutor’s Office and an arrest warrant was authorized on Nov. 4, 2024. Minn was arrested and lodged in the Grand Traverse County Jail on November 6th.
Minn was arraigned yesterday in the 86th District Court in Grand Traverse County for three counts criminal sexual conduct first degree (victim under 13 defendant over 17). He was denied bond and remains lodged in the Grand Traverse County Jail. His next scheduled court appearance is on Nov. 26, 2024, at 11 a.m.
