A 72-year-old man from Walled Lake MI succumbed to injuries sustained in a snowmobile crash on Monday, reports the Sault Ste. Marie Post of the Michigan State Police.
Troopers were called to the scene at about 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 19 and say the operator of the snowmobile was pronounced dead after the crash.
The crash occurred on Trail 47, near M-123 Highway in Chippewa County, Trout Lake Township. It remains under investigation.
