Sharon Lee (Brown) Ollado, age 73, died on October 8, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. She was born on December 4, 1950, to Benjamin and Marion (McKelvie) Brown.

Sharon grew up in Sault Ste. Marie and earned her Certified Nurse Assistant Certification. She moved to California, married Eugene Ollado and raised their family in California. In 2008, Sharon retired and moved back to Sault Ste. Marie. She traveled quite often to see her grandchildren in California.

Sharon was a member of the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She liked to read and play card games.

Sharon is survived by her daughters; Brenda (John) Barragan of Sacramento, California, Nicole (Earl) Rice of Sault Ste. Marie; son, Patrick James (Missy) Kelly of Sault Ste. Marie; grandchildren, Francis, Amanda, Samantha, and Autumn Barragan, and Emma Kelly; great-grandchildren, Wesley and Simon Chavez; brothers, Frances (Elenor) Brown of Sault Ste. Marie and Edward Brown of Sault Ste. Marie.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; parents, Benjamin and Marion; sisters, Nancy Caldwell, Patsy Brown, Sandra Green, Diane Hamlin, and Debbie Brown.

Per Sharon’s wishes no services will be held at this time.
