Get ready for some heavy snow Friday.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for all of the Eastern U.P. for late tonight through Friday night for the possibility to see up to 10" of snow.
The storm will exit late Friday evening and Friday night.
In addition to the heavy snow, wind gusts up to 30 mph will lead to blowing and drifting snow. Heaviest snow will fall during the day on Friday including the morning commute. Make sure to take plenty of time and prepare for dangerous driving conditions
