Admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1983, I have practiced law over 30 years in Michigan and Federal Courts, I have represented thousands of clients in a wide range of cases. With proven trial experience, I have participated in many jury trials in Michigan and Federal Courts in criminal and civil cases. I also represent clients in Social Security cases.
Whether you need help with a serious or minor criminal case, serious personal injury, Social Security appeal or obtaining compensation for a serious personal injury or a wrongful death, I have the experience to assist you during a difficult time.
I also assist and counsel clients. This area of the law involves negotiating plea agreements and deferred prosecution agreements in criminal courts as well as probating estates. I take the time to educate my clients as to the law, discuss and develop a factual background for a case or legal problem and to arrive at an acceptable resolution or solution to a legal problem. It is important to spend time with my clients because of the seriousness of each person’s situation.
Unlike many attorneys who participate in Social Security appeals, I meet with my Social Security clients on a regular basis. I will not and do not meet with my clients on the day of the hearing before the Social Security Judge. I review the medical records with my clients as well as discussing the issues of their case during the office conferences leading up to the hearing. By preparation for the hearing and knowing the issues and medical evidence, my clients are provided with an advantage.
If you have a legal problem and need help or advice, contact me and I will call or meet with you within 24 hours. Your future is too important to wait.
