Maverick and Son Exteriors is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial management skills and office administration experience. Skills in health and safety management considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and financial records using Quickbooks
- Process direct deposits and manage payroll
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Handle general office administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- College diploma in accounting and/or business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, accounting software and accounting principles
- Experience with direct deposit processing and payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
