ABLE Inc. in North Dakota is looking for new team members in a variety of positions. One of them could be you.

ABLE is hosting job fairs in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan as well as two other nearby locations in the next two weeks.
“ABLE Inc. helps people with intellectual disabilities live and work in their homes, in their home communities,” explained Amanda Wilson, Marketing and Technology Specialist at ABLE Inc. “Our team members help our clients at home, at work, out in the community, in whatever way they need. A day at work for an ABLE team member might include going marketing, going to the movies, helping a client at a part-time job, helping a client at a doctor’s appointment…it’s busy, varied, rewarding work, every day.”
ABLE is looking for team members primarily in its main location, in Dickinson, North Dakota. “Dickinson is a wonderful community,” enthused Wilson. “There is a college here, it’s a youthful community with many young professionals and families moving here. It has one of the lowest crime rates in the U.S. It’s easy to get involved here and feel like you belong.”
Team member roles available include support coordinator, registered nurse, direct support professionals, respiratory therapists, and an internship in psychology. “Our fulltime team members have paid statutory holidays, leave time, and medical and dental benefits, as well as a host of other benefits,” explained Wilson. “There are lots of opportunities to grow in your role at ABLE.”
ABLE runs several businesses in the locations it serves, and these places provide opportunities for ABLE clients to work and contribute. The businesses include several thrift stores, a recycling program, and the T-Rex Mall.
“These are all places our clients work, and where our team members might find themselves supporting our clients,” said Wilson.

- May 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Best Western, 4335 I-75 Business Spur, Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.
- May 15 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Marquette Hampton Inn Marquette Waterfront 461 South Lakeshore Blvd. Marquette, Michigan.
- May 16 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Houghton Country Inn and Suites, 919 Razorback Drive, Houghton, Michigan.
